Our unisex collection is for those whose feet size is between 7.5-12.5 (US Men’s) & 9-14 (US Women’s). Our Women’s collection is for those whose feet size is between 6-10 (Women’s US Shoe Size).

If you ordered custom socks they will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If you ordered other socks from our website you will receive separate shipments. *Please note all custom socks are not returnable unless damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for the quality of image provided. If you need to change or cancel your order we will do our best but once it is in our system it will go right away to production.

All online orders take 12-24 hours to process and you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. WestSocks prides itself on the speed of getting the products out the door in less than 24 hours. *Please note all custom sock orders will be shipped separate from non custom socks and will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

West Socks processing time usually takes between 12-24 hours. All orders made on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Please note all custom sock orders take 3-5 business days to be shipped. As soon as we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a notification from us containing your tracking number.


Most of our packages are shipped priority mail and will arrive within 2-8 days.


If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it either for a refund or exchange. At WestSocks we take pride in helping you find the right pair of socks.


Before shipping your order, we make sure to wrap them in extra packing material to ensure they arrive in its destination in one piece. However, we cannot be 100% sure that they will arrive in perfect condition since there is a chance that the post office failed to handle it with care. If your order did not arrive as you expected, please contact us today.

With everyone’s drying settings different we wanted to give the best outcome. Socks naturally stretch to fit your foot, and these socks do stretch made with 80% cotton, 17% nylon, and 3% spandex, we wanted to be sure we give you a comfortable product, that will last. Of course it is your choice how to dry them. Personally we have done both and they have turned out fine both ways. It is our duty as a company to provide recommended guidelines to ensure product quality.

Right now we currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Mexico.

Once the package is scanned and has left our facility it is out of our control. You will need to reach out to your local USPS or UPS post office to locate the package.
